As an Account Manager you will maintain strong relationships and be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned accounts through selling additional products/services to current business units and or prospecting and selling into new divisions/groups of the client organization. Compensation includes a base salary and variable compensation based on enrichment sales and client retention. Roughly 10% of your time will be spent on travel within your assigned territory.
Position Description:
* Maintain strong relationships and focus on identifying sales opportunities for additional products and services.
* Effectively blueprint customers and build a growth strategy to gain greater reach throughout the client organization.
* Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of customers' critical business issues and delivering products and services that help clients meet their business objectives.
* Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
* Use analytical skills to understand our clients, changing business and technology issues and needs.
* Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success.
* Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a rapidly growing sales and support organization.
* Familiarity with Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling concepts a plus
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
* Candidates should be experienced in selling services and comfortable with Internet technologies and/or infrastructure.
* Able to demonstrate track record of success.
* Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented.
* The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with senior level management.
* Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a plus
