The Operations team seeks talented Credit Derivatives Operations Project Manager to be a key player in the development of Process Improvement and Business Re-engineering initiatives. These initiatives are designed to situate the bank in a way that it is situated to support the operations of the bank now and in the future. These projects will also allow the bank to move quickly to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves within the operations area of Our ClientResponsibilities: Provide front to back business analysis and project management initiatives for multiple Process Improvement projects within Credit Operations. Partner with technology, front office, and operations to provide end to end process mapping and business analysis as well as sophisticated solutions. Identify strategic opportunities to increase scale and manage risk. Be a key part of the process improvement initiatives and lead multiple projects to help create better efficiencies for the bank. Help dictate the firms operational strategy in relation to the firms overall objectives. Be able to manage multiple projects, on time and within budget. Define and meet project deliverables.

Who we are looking for :
Requirements: 8 years of Project Management experience within Credit Derivative Operations. Should have experience in an Investment Bank or in a Management Consulting firm. Excellent knowledge of Credit Derivatives including knowledge of clearing and OTC Derivative Trade Capture Project Management certification (Prince 2, PMP or equivalent). Graduated from a top school with a honors degree. Excellent Project Management and Business Analysis skills. Should have very good understanding of Systems Implementation Life Cycle. Knowledge of DTCC clearing a plus Experience in Process Improvement and Business Re-engineering. Six Sigma a plus High energy, good communication skills, and team player attitude
