Technical Solutions Architect
The ideal candidate is able to help our customers align technical solutions with business challenges. Experience and deep knowledge of IT operations, Enterprise Applications, Storage, Business Solutions, hardware, software, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Architecture, Networking, Security, System Management, Data migration and Virtualization. The Architect will be extremely customer focused and thrives on the idea of helping to build and grow a services/solutions practice in a well established company with a strong reputation for integrity, quality and customer satisfaction. This person will need to be comfortable building relationships and credibility with C-Level executives. You will partner with our Sr. Sales Reps & VP of Sales and System Engineers to provide excellent services and delivering solutions. This position will report to the CTO/VP of Services.

Skills Required:
The hands on Solutions Architect will be a billable resource. You will provide expertise in enterprise solution design, direction, and promotes architecture principles along with conducting research in specific technology areas and be up to date with the latest of industry trends on infrastructure architecture.
Responsible for working closely with the technical team that delivers pre and post sales support for the sale and implementation of enterprise solutions
Lead, design, develop and implement strategic strategy for the group to achieve goals with a specific focus on enhancing our solutions and services portfolio.
Lead and oversee all processes and customer interaction for each technical project and engagements.
Build relationships and nurture business partnerships that enable us to offer more value to its clients while increasing revenue and profit potential.
Lead with an obsession for customer satisfaction that is addressed and measured constantly. Superior Customer Service and problem solving skills a must
Comfortable speaking to C-level executives and listen for issues and be able to solve business and technology issues - able to bridge the gap between technology and business.
Outwardly focused and passionate with regard to serving others, both team members and customers.
Proven project management skills.
Experience working within a professional services field, or consulting experience, system engineer experience and/or deploying enterprise software solutions preferred.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture, Networking, Security, System Management, data migration, Virtualization, Enterprise Application integration, and server & SAN, storage infrastructure is critical for success.

Technical skills and knowledge of Databases, Data Centers and/or ERP Applications
Knowledge of IBM software and hardware is ideal.
Past experience with business planning architecture, infrastructure architecture, strategic planning, data center architecture a plus.
Some travel required 20% in Northern California Education:
Bachelor`s degree in business a plus and/or technology, post-graduate work a plus
