The Director, Professional Services manages all people and activities associated with successful project delivery including client satisfaction, profitability, schedule and logistics management, and effective resource utilization. The Director will build and identify additional services opportunities, collaborate closely with the worldwide sales team, and expand key client relationships. The Director will be responsible for development and worldwide expansion of a team of consultants whose primary objective is achievement of the highest quality post-sales delivery. As a key member of the management team, the Director will be expected to manage and oversee the post-sales experience for the company's most strategic accounts. Additional responsibilities include establishing a formalized training and development program, implementing strategy for enhancing team efficiency with the goal of consistent 80% billable utilization rates for all consulting resources on billable projects. The Director, Professional services will also be directly responsible for achievement of an aggregate 4.0 out of 5.0 or greater score for customer satisfaction on projects delivered. The Director, together with his/her project management team is responsible for ensuring resource availability for all projects. As Director, this individual is responsible for validating the project goals and objectives, keeping up to date on major project activities and achievement on key milestones, and is the decision-maker for project escalation. The Director is responsible for growing the existing team, professionally and efficiently managing utilization, forecasting, hiring, on-boarding, and mentoring.

The position reports to the Vice President, Worldwide Sales. This role can be based in Boston, New York Metro, Atlanta, or Washington, DC. The position requires travel.

Requirements
* Minimum 5-7 years experience in an equivalent director / manager level role
* Proven track record of achievement in high growth technology environment
* Background and experience in a very fast growing company environment
* Background and experience in building out and growing a team
* Accomplished team player an absolute must
Education
* BS/BA Degree
