In an effort to support our store-level teams, we are seeking individuals with an active lifestyle to join our corporate rental operations team. Our dynamic team strives to enhance the customer's shopping experience, and is driven not to be the biggest, but the BEST. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the company-wide rental program including reporting, inventories, assortments and service schedules. Heavy data entry, purchase order creation and administrative duties - phone, fax, email and SAP use Coordinate rental inventories twice annually Create detailed instruction manual and timeline for the stores to follow in order to eliminate any store-level confusion during the rental inventory process Settle any and all rental variances within stores; reconcile computer and actual stock on hand inventory's Process all inter-store rental transfers from store to store Create purchase orders and articles in SAP; allocate both new and used rental stock Facilitate the selling schedule and lists for all stores when selling rental product Record and compile all compressor hours and issues each week; prepare and deliver report; create and oversee service schedule Monitor/audit receiving of all rental product to and from the stores Manage office while supervisor is in the field Monitor, audit and resolve time clock issues for all employees Create department schedules; monitor vacation scheduling Order all supplies for office and ski/SCUBA repair Communicate with team via weekly/monthly meetings Facilitate additional resources to accommodate large rental projects Create new type codes and replacement cost list for stores; maintain current rental pricing Create stock on hand reports and monitor tag requests Work with advertising for creating new rental signs Contact vendors regarding incoming product or any issues that arise Schedule may vary at times with early, late and weekend shifts Additional projects as necessary Qualifications: Ability to lead and direct a team effectively Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to meet multiple deadlines; highly organized and detail oriented; Strong Computer skills are required (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel - Test Required) Working knowledge of X1, Monarch and SAP preferred Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ambitious drive for results Proven ability to motivate staff via empowerment, coaching, documentation and/or disciplinary action
