The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting will manage aspects of the company's external financial reporting functions, including the preparation of SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. Provide direct supervision and leadership to Manager of SEC reporting and one or more accountant(s). Develop, manage and maintain processes and controls that ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial disclosures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation and filing of certain quarterly, annual and other SEC documents
* Draft and review financial statement disclosures
* Assist in the review of quarterly earnings releases
* Assist in the coordination of the review of the SEC filings with senior executives, internal and external auditors, legal counsel and the Audit Committee
* Assist in coordination of external audit and review activities
* Develop, manage and maintain processes and controls that ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial disclosures
* Complete special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required
* Professional designation (CPA) required
* Minimum of eight years of progressive, professional experience in public accounting required
* Minimum of two to three years in a managerial role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Detail oriented and strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Ability to take initiative in creating and improving procedures and processes, and work efficiently on a variety of matters simultaneously
* Ability to be a self-starter accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
