Click Here to Apply OnlineThe role of the Sr. Manager, Online Optimization focuses on increasing site traffic and customer conversion rates to drive the business to the next level.
If you happen to be a 'guru' at brainstorming, researching, executing, testing, measuring, and presenting insightful recommendations regarding the results of website flow to enhance conversion rates, then this is the ideal role for you.

Leading all site optimization, you will be responsible for conducting and managing all relevant testing and ongoing optimization of our Client's website.
Specifically:
* Performing A/B and multi-variate testing, evaluating outcome and working with marketing to determine plans going forward.
* Rapid testing of new offers, landing pages, microsites, merchandising, various creative, etc.
* Defining specifications for new tests and leading the analysis/integration of results.
* Identifying requirements for engineering team for subsequent A/B testing platforms.
* Developing “best practices” for the optimization/marketing/product teams
* Assisting in the architecture of new web applications based on results, learnings and recommendations of previous/current testing
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5-8 years experience with online direct marketing, A/B and multi-variate testing, campaign analysis for consumer-centric internet products/services.
* Passion for understanding the intersections between psychology, marketing, design, statistics, and technology.
* Familiarity with graphics and technologies (as they relate to driving conversion), as well as web analytics programs (Informatica, Optimost or Omniture)
* Highly analytical, hands-on, open-minded, creative, quantitative, results-driven, entrepreneurial, quick learner
* Team player who can “get stuff done” by effectively managing cross-functionally with marketing, product and engineering.
