Sales Manager/Trainer

The position is for a large furniture company.
Responsibilities include:

Directs, coaches, and assists sales staff in their selling efforts.
Reviews performance and sales goals on a consistent basis.
Conducts sales meetings.
Responsible for hiring the right mix of qualified sales and design staff.
Creates monthly schedules for sales staff.
Enforces store policy.
Updates and maintains sales manual to provide guidance and training to sales team.
Performs sales and performance reviews.
Assists staff with all sales aspects.

Education

A degree or diploma and/or experience as a sales manager and/or sales trainer.
