Challenge –

We need an OEM Sales Executive with a verifiable track record of successfully building territories and opening new accounts selling complex technical solutions and sustaining year over year revenue growth.

Our Organization –
We are a comprehensive diagnostics solutions provider of custom diagnostics and ultrafast imaging systems for a variety of applications and industries. We specialize in camera systems and single photon detectors where the highest resolution and accuracy is required for applications within Defense, Aerospace, scientific, and government markets.

Results –

Within the first 30 days, demonstrate a complete understanding of how to position and sell our Solutions and Services in direct alignment to business problems that are common in the industry.
Within the first 30 days, develop a territory plan including a current state/gap assessment with an action plan.
From day 30 – 60 engage in prospecting and territory/industry development activities that result in 2 qualified leads and $400K in sales. From day 60 – 90 work with the President and proposal support team to construct proposals that align succinctly to the business case and demonstrate clearly define ROI.
From day 90 – 120 close at least 1 opportunity; continue prospecting at agreed upon volumes and document steps 1-4 as a repeatable process for on-going territory/industry development and management. Within the first twelve months of employment close sales of $1M and establish a pipeline to support sales of $3M during year 2. (Pipeline of 3X revenue goal)

Activities:

Create, sustain and evolve sales territory/industry plan.
Own complete responsibility for new business development.
Effective daily prospecting, qualifying, aligning solutions and closing new accounts.
Pipeline management including identifying opportunities, prospecting, ensuring opportunities are well qualified and advancing to successfully and consistently close new deals.
Propose innovative solutions to clients that rely on company capabilities.
Sustain customer satisfaction through positive consultative relationships.
Leverage channel relationships and partners to increase business as applicable.
