My client, a leading outsourcing company, with a comprehensive portfolio of services including document review and management, contracts management, intellectual property, compliance and legal research, is seeking a Business Development Executive for its San Francisco location. Job Responsibilities:
* Identify, evaluate, develop, negotiate and close business opportunities. * Maximize revenue, as well as attract and retain new clients. * Work closely with management to position the company as a world class offshore legal services firm.

Required skills, education and experience:
* Strong C level sales experience* Deep understanding of the litigation and e-discovery side of the law business. Focus will be on selling litigation support services.* Knowledge of the practice and structure of corporate law departments - particularly in the Fortune 1000. * Proven sales success selling legal services or software to corporate attorneys and law firms. * Ability to manage a territory, find new business opportunities, manage client meetings and close business. * The selected candidate will be located in New York and should expect some travel. * A history of successful business development, quarter over quarter and a proven ability to meet personal financial goals.* The ideal candidate should have 5 years of outside sales experience selling solutions (services and/or software) to law firms, attorneys and corporate legal departments.* Ability to create and deliver high quality executive level presentations to sell high value/high dollar services.* Professional and diplomatic communication, verbal and written. Experience in partner/customer facing position, strong customer communication skills. * Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions for professional services engagements.* Excellent business and analytical skills.
