Roles and Responsibilities:

Ultimate Staffing is on-site at a global headquarters company in Irvine. We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and manage the on-premise staffing program.



* Develop recruiting sources and strategies
* Interview, screen and assess candidates to determine skill set and organizational fit
* Meet with department managers to understand internal staffing requirements and needs
* Oversee entire candidate process for all open positions
* Responsible for a proactive, preplanned approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
* Demonstrate excellent customer service to both clients and candidates in order to resolve specific client and candidates needs
* Analyze recruiting data and implement process improvements
* Responsible for consistent participation in networking and organizations and events in local marketplace
* Manage the operational excellence in the branch. Consistently exceed client, candidate and co-worker expectations.

Role Requirements:

* Minimum of two years experience as a Recruiter with experience with administrative, manufacturing, accounting and finance, scientific and technical placements
* A Bachelors degree in related field is required
* Previous experience leading and managing recruiters
* Proven track record in ability to source candidates via direct, online and networking channels
* Ability to negotiate and persuade while enhancing business relationships
* Must act as consultant/partner to the business
* Ability to interact with all levels of management
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
* Ability to multi-task
* Previous staffing industry experience preferred not required
