The Director of Surgical Services has the overall direction and supervision of the surgical activities of the hospital. Responsible for overseeing operations and is accountable for all of the functions in the operating room, recovery room, etc. Must take care in the quality of the nursing staff and all personnel. The director must also be responsible for the quality of care rendered to the patients and work to improve patient care.

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000

Experience: BSN min, masters preferred; strong leadership and physician skills
