As a Full-Time therapist with SYNERTX, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your therapy program! You will also take on Rehab Coordinator responsibilities! As Rehab Coordinator, you would be the liaison between SYNERTX and the facility, representing the rehab team at facility meetings, managing the Med A RUGs levels using proprietary SYNERTX software, and ensuring the overall performance of the rehab program. While SNF experience is preferred for Rehab Coordinators, we do have an excellent training program in place. Compensation: Earn up to $85,000 per year, depending on your SNF experience!
