PT for New Outpatient Clinic. 8 or 10 hour AM shifts. New Rural outpatient clinic. Variety of ages and diagnosis. However, our clientele is typically older. We see ortho and neuro primarily. PTs see a lot of lumbar patients. Strong manual therapy skills would be preferred. We allow 60 minute evaluations and typically treat patients in 30 minutes blocks. It is our goal NOT to over lap patients but to provide one on one care. When fully staffed our clinic has two teams, each of which has a PT, PTA and tech. The clinic also has a full time OT and ST. Co-treating does occur with our neuro patients with OT and ST. Our documentation is a data base but the therapists do their documentation in the chart and data entry associate prints out all reports. We also run on a centralized scheduling system. Clerical support is available 6 am to 5 pm for filing, faxing, scheduling and physician communication. There is a potential to assist in acute care coverage. Some acute care experience would be beneficial but not as high a priority as outpatient skills. Overall, an AWESOME place to work. BLS/CPR required. No On Call requirement, no Weekend requirements. Incentive Pay (can add up to 2% based on productivity standards), Sign on Bonus for a 2 yr commitment, Retention bonuses and a Tuition reimbursement program. Professional Development time allotted of 1 hr every 2 weeks.
