ASAP Start date. Facility seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a permanent position. The qualified candidate will possess a minimum 3 years as a DON in a licensed LONG TERM CARE facility, without exception. This position is open for immediate placement and relocation is an option. The candidate that is hired will have great teaching skills and be able to build a team that gives great resident care. The qualified candidate will manage the facility nursing program in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, applicable State and Federal regulations, and policies and procedures. Requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, a BSN is preferred. Must hold current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or Compact RN licensure. This is a bonus-eligible position. This position offers relocation assistance as well as reimbursement for interview travel expenses. A full benefits package is included. BLS required. 090909 13
