This position includes oversight of Labor and Delivery (200+ births/month), Post Partum, Normal Nursery, a 4 bed Level 2 NICU, Peds, 2South (16 bed Med/Surg/Ortho unit), a total of 115 full time employees.

Experience: Knowledge/Experience: Masters degree in Nursing or a related field with at least one year of experience in Administration; or a BSN with at least three years experience in Nursing Administration; or at least five years in Nursing Adminstration or Supervisor with evidence of continuing education directly related to the job specifications.

Skills: Demonstrates leadership and managerial skills. Demonstrates the ability to develop collaborative relationships. Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

License: Valid California RN license.
