Interwest Search is assisting client 150+ bed hospital in its search for a Director of Physical Therapy. The Director will have the career challenges of leading operational and regulatory responsibilities of the inpatient and outpatient PT, OT and Speech Therapy at the facility. Financially sound facility with great management team. Seeks strong PT with excellent people and management skills.

Compensation: $85,000-$105,000

Experience: Education and/or Experience

Current CA PT license and BLS required. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution with an approved program. Prior experience in the management of Physical Therapy services in a hospital.
