Client: A Well known Multinational Insurance Company which has a 50 million-customer base with presence in 27 countries.

Location of the job: Bangalore, India .(The posting would be either in Basavanagudi / Vijayanagar but the candidate should be willing to work anywhere in Bangalore)



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

Sex: Male / Female

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.


Desired experience: Minimum one year experience in selling financial products OR overall 5+ years experience in Sales of any product / Service.

Familiarity with Bangalore: Preferably should have been in Bangalore for 5+ years (this is not a strict requirement, Candidates with good contacts and/or sales experience in Bangalore can also apply).

Job Responsibilities: Recruit financial advisors, train and motivate the advisors, achieve company proposed sales targets on time.

Package: As per the industry standards. (Starting from 1.8 lacs)
