The Sales Administration Assistant is responsible to coordinate and prioritize
all administrative requests from the team as well as ensure accurate and timely
data entry of account information and portfolio rates.
Responsibilities:
Team Support - 70%
Coordinates and prioritizes all admin requests from the team
Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate and timely data into the
respective systems (e.g. GIRT, RTMS, etc.)
Maintains client files for a large caseload
Provides administrative proposal support including portfolio rates as required
(new or renewal)
Orders custom and non-custom collateral
Manages the preparation of renewal packages and paperwork
Provides portfolio rating if necessary
Presentations - 10%
Provides involved administrative presentation support
Coordinates finalist presentations, internal strategy calls, and internal rate
reviews
Reporting - 10%
Completes new and renewal sales activity tracking to support new and renewal
business in appropriate systems
Producer Support -10%
Accessible by producer to triage incoming calls and producer needs
Able to provide intermediary assistance on incoming producer calls
Knows how to get a hold of team members at all times
Education/Requirements:
Product knowledge
Working knowledge of health care benefit plans and contracts
Working knowledge of BSC products and services (including Ancillary)
Internal operations and capabilities
Knowledge of BSC on-line system capabilities
Ability to work with multiple groups, to produce positive results for customers
and the company
Working understanding of the BSC sales process from prospecting to ID card
generation
Relationship building
Proven track record of understanding customers and their underlying needs
Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep and long lasting relationships,
internally and externally
Demonstrated ability to work well in cross functional teams
Builds trust by disclosing accurate and relevant information through timely and
concise communications

Minimum Experience Level:
Previous administrative experience is required
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in
