Technical Solutions Programmer

Responsibilities:
As our Technical Solutions Programmer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design of custom solutions following our product-based methodology, developing and executing test plans and managing personal efforts for timely delivery within the assigned budget. Projects are largely .NET, web-based customizations and/or add-on’s to our current products, but can also include software installation and/or troubleshooting, data conversion, SQL programming and programming in other languages, like Cold Fusion, as needed.

This self-motivated individual will set personal learning goals and ensure they are achieved while training customers on how to install, set up and use specific web products or deliver those elements. They will also conduct/participate in business process reviews, write documentation, support implemented customers and manage small projects in compliance with our methodologies.

You will work both independently or as part of a project team, traveling to clients, working remotely and communicating by telephone or e-mail.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years programming experience in .NET using C# and ASP
• Solid understanding of programming in T-SQL, including stored procedures and triggers
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Experience with web-based architectures including implementing solutions on IIS
• Experience with Cold Fusion, SOAP, Flash and other web-based languages and tools is a plus
• Effective mentoring/coaching skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Capability leading and delivering excellent customer care
• Ability to make decisions based on the facts available
• Results-focused and ability to deliver tasks to closure
• Ability to understand customer business problems, align services or products that will help solve them, then gain client agreement to the solution and closure to the sale
• Ability to work remotely but stay accountable to company policies, goals and project schedules
