Job Description :-

Will be responsible for :-
designing and coding the application to provide interface with Client ICM ACD statistics through CLIENT PG (IVR) Interface.
Designing the application to interface with Client PG (peripheral gateway) for IVR.
Understand the API’s provided by Client for GED-125 protocol.
Implement the interface using Client API’s.
Unit testing the interface.
Design the interface with Web service to expose the Client ACD statistics through web interface.
Implement the interface with Web service.
Co-ordinate with Test team to assembly testing.
Help application lead build the deployment plan.


Activities Include :-

Help design the Genesys-Client Interface.
Work with Genesys SME to draft the finer details of Genesys-Client Interface.
Help Client SME Liaise with Client for technical support.
Communicate Application development status to application lead
