Position Summary
Day & Zimmermann, a 2.4 billion-dollar service provider, consists of a broad range of Companies (www.dayzim.com) each of which delivers specific services to its Clients. Yoh is a leading provider of talent management solutions across many verticals (www.yoh.com).
We are currently seeking to add experienced and successful Sales Directors to our team. The Sales Director is responsible for the strategic growth in a division focused exclusively on resolving client issues regarding talent management. This service merges technology, designed by Yoh in partnership with SAP, with Human Capital Management consulting services; providing a long term solution to managing the costly spend of talent management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in the sales of technology solutions to large companies (100MM ), at the C level; have a strong understanding of spend as it relates to talent and outsourced services; have experience in ERP, CRM applications; possess strong communication skills in the area of value propositioning; opportunity planning; building and managing pipeline; the development of a Business Plan and forecasting exponentially beyond quota in pipeline opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in the identification, sourcing and cold-calling of companies is a strong requirement of this opportunity; and the key driver to the candidates success. It is expected that the Sales Director will be adept at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own while engaging Leadership and other Team Members and Executives to assist in successfully selling this business solution.

Minimum Education and Experience
10 - 15 years of success in selling RPO Services; BPO Strategy/Services;
Talent Management or Human Capital Consulting or similar industry,
required
BS Business Administration or related field; preferred.
Demonstrated success in building and pipelining qualified sales leads
within the aforementioned industries.
Successful track record in sales of technology solutions related to the
aforementioned industries in excess of 15 - 30 MM per deal.
