REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 5 years of healthcare operations and sales experience.


The Executive Director would be responsible for the overall operations in the local branch. Managing qualified hospice personnel and provision of hospice services. Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. Maintain compliance with all legal rules and regulations. Meet growth and development targets. Actively establish to maintain market acceptance and allegiance throughout the local service area. Manage an operating budget with P/L responsibility. Manage all expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget. Qualifications:
* BA required/MBA preferred* 5 plus years healthcare management experience* Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct a inter disciplinary and administrative team* Demonstrated history of sales or sales management and profit growth* Experience in managing a budget with P/L responsibility* Knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare hospice benefit preferred, but not required.* Understanding of hospice care and the services provided to patient/family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary team* Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices and the state and local administrative licensure requirements We offer an extremely competitive base salary with high percentage bonus potential, excellent benefits, (medical, dental and vision, 401k fully vested after 3 years of service, generous PTO days, tuition reimbursement, CEU's and many more benefits and perks.
