Job DescriptionThe individual for this position will have project management /program management experience in either an insurance company (P&C preferred) or Financial Services environment.
Duties of this position will involve management of a variety of projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, i.e., from scoping phase through implementation. Support projects teams in utilizing project delivery best practices.
This individual must currently live in the Hartford, CT area or be willing to pay their own relocation costs.
This is a permanent position with a base salary a 20% annual bonus excellent benefits. [Job stability is key!]
PMP or Six Sigma or other certifications are desirable
Previous experience working for a Big 4 consulting firm desirable as well.
Agile Methodology experience is a definite PLUS!
Minimum of 5-10 years in a Project Manager/Program Manager capacity
This is a real roll up your sleeves type position with daily involvement with the project itself, not just the supervision of others.
