Job description :
The VP will play a leadership role in all of the teams responsibilities which include the following:Serving as the primary contact within the Investment Bank for all materials produced in preparation for quarterly earnings releases. This includes serving as editor of the IB sections of the quarterly and annual reports, providing content for slides and speaker notes for the earnings presentation, preparing proposed answers to likely investor, analyst and press questions and all other earnings-related communications.Ownership of the IB Competitor Analysis report and earnings notes which track IBs performance against peers.Preparation of presentations to be made by IB senior management. These include presentations at investor conferences, presentations to the rating agencies and employee town halls.Providing support to Investor Relations and Corporate Communications on all IB-related matters.Preparing and coordinating IBs business and financial update notes/commentary for the Executive Board and Board of Director meetings.Working on various strategic projects and ad hoc assignments for the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Who we are looking for :
7 years in a finance role preferably within investment banking, research, corporate development or consulting, within a US bulge bracket, or one of the largest European Banks or Hedge Funds.Strong analytical skills. An understanding of financial institutions income statements and balance sheets is highly desirableStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPointEducation MBA preferred
