THE POSITION
The Market and Business Development Director will be charged with finalizing the strategic business plan and developing the go-to-market strategy, including the vision and mission for the building and construction market channel. This Director, reporting to the VP Channel Development and Business Management, will have the opportunity to leverage the company's exceptionally broad product line and enterprise capabilities to generate a competitive edge within this segment. The Director will also lead the Implementation of the strategy across multiple business units to meet expansive goals. He/she will lead the development of innovative products and solutions working with R&D, develop collateral materials, identify market trends, and foster a highly cooperative relationship with sales to capture the market intelligence. This is an exceptional, high visibility position that will have a significant impact on company growth.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus) and a minimum of 10 years business experience, including sales, marketing and/or product management. The candidate must also have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in and thorough knowledge of the residential and commercial building products and construction markets. Candidates should be high-energy individuals, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition, candidates should have the following:
