Are you an experienced mortgage banker or broker who would like to try something new but utilize your experience and contacts? Help our clients build their firms by working as an executive mortgage recruiter. Former wholesale mortgage reps are ideally suited for this position.

Since 2002 our company has been working with banks and mortgage banking firms to increase their productivity by locating and recruiting qualified mortgage producers to their staff. Sometimes it's a single producer,.. . sometimes it's an existing office, sometimes it's an entire company. This is an exciting position that offers the right person the chance to make significant income. The position requires that you have significant experience as a residential mortgage banker/broker; You will need problem solving skills and exceptional consultative sales ability. Since you will be dealing with experienced financial producers, a professional demeanor is required. In a typical day you will speak with employment candidates across the country who will be searching for a mortgage firm that offers an employment format for loan originators and branch managers. Your job will require that you interview the candidate and assist them in finding a firm that has the type of program they want, in the geographic area they need. Since we represent an assortment of firms across the country that have a variety of programs, you will have a great degree of latitude in helping them reposition their career with the right firm.
