ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR, TENURE TRACK AND DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The Kalmanovitz School of Education (KSOE) invites applications and nominations for a tenure track faculty position at either the Associate Professor/Professor level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Educational Leadership Programs, which include a Tier 1 Preliminary Administrative Credential, a Master’s degree and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Doctorate in educational leadership/administration or a related area.
• Excellent teaching skills; evidence of scholarly achievement and professional accomplishment commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor/Professor, along with service to the profession.
• Successful experience as a K-12 administrator, preferably in California.
• Knowledge of current program models in the field of educational leadership.
• Experience with strategic planning and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with California Standards for the Tier I Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, the California Accreditation system, and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and culturally diverse campus environment.
• Commitment to the mission of Saint Mary's College of California and its Catholic, Lasallian and Liberal Arts Traditions.
