Employee Development Corporation (EDC) is a private rehabilitation firm, certified by the State of Minnesota, which provides Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) services to persons who are industrially injured.

We are seeking a full-time Spanish/English speaking Placement Specialist who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized, and is a team player.

DUTIES:
-Case Management: Identifies and / or develops job leads through employer contacts and refers leads to clients, tracks, monitors, and reports client progress.
-Assists client in overcoming barriers to employment.
Plan Development: Establishes appropriate employment goals, develops an employment and / or job search plan, develops resumes and cover letters, and focuses on job seeking skills training.



Skills:
-Must be Bilingual Spanish/English.
