Job Summary HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. This position is accountable for day to day management of the activities of the Rehabilitation Department to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement. The director will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Rehabilitation Department, the coordination of therapy services and the integration with other departments.
