To function at a professional nursing level using both administrative leadership and clinical expertise in order to assure that comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to customer population, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the design, implementation and evaluation of various programs within the unit. Twenty four hour responsibility for the continuity of nursing care and the management of the customer welfare.

Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Associate Degree in Nursing, 4 years of nursing experience.
Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience.
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, 2 years nursing experience.
Masters Degree, 1 year nursing experience.
Successful completion of experience in leadership (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year.
Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
Membership in the Association of Professional Nurses is recommended.
