Genesis HealthCare is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for the Residence at Forsgate located conveniently in Monroe Twsp NJ. The Center is 156 beds including a 36 bed Alzheimers unit. Every member of the compassionate, highly trained staff at the Residence is dedicated to making the quality of life the very best for each of our residents.

You know what you do everyday affects the bottom line of bringing excellence to patient care and meeting our business objectives. We need your leadership skills and lead a team by specifically planning service activities of nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering customer care; interpreting policies and regulations to all nursing personnel to ensure compliance; and analyzing and evaluating nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care.

Experience: Apply today, if you are a graduate of an approved School of Nursing with a current state Registered Nurse license (or eligible) in desired state of interest. In addition, a minimum of 2 years in a nursing (Long-Term Care setting ) supervisory capacity are essential.
