Looking for a creative and astute business thinker who loves making business processes easier for us all. Utilizing your six sigma methodology, you will devise and implement new business processes & systems for one of the nation's largest Human Resource organizations. Lower costs and improving productivity & service will be your challenge while working w/ IT, PR & Finance as well as HR.



In addition to offering a lucrative base pay (up to 107K base), the selected individual will be eligible for a pension plan, 401K plan, Health Benefits, Dental and Vision Insurance, Group Life Insurance, 10 paid holidays, 13 days of annual leave (paid time off) and 13 days of annual sick leave, commuter program and alternate work schedule.
