A minimum of 10 years of valuable experience in the Information Services field, focusing in Systems Analysis and Design, Project Management, Account Management, Application Development and Technical Support arenas.

Extensive background working with high-performance infrastructures servicing Fortune 500 customers in the insurance, banking, and financial services industries.

Experience working directly within client organizations; providing services and support, adapting solutions to client requirements, and maintaining professional working relationships at all levels.

The ideal candidate for this position would have the following background:
* Team Lead for Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mart business requirements and application design deliverables.
* Involved in enterprise level projects from a warehousing and data delivery perspective.
* Manage a team of Business/System Analysts that participate in enterprise initiatives and deliver functionality and data to business partners.
* Coordinate priorities between resources for new development, business support, data quality issues and production support.
* Work with data architects, data modelers and developers during the design phase of the warehouse to ensure data model meets requirements and remains flexible for future warehouse source feeds.
* Communicate warehouse design milestones and designs with end user community.
* Mitigate end user issues and concerns by continually improving designs and data structures.
* Involved in design of data marts used for reporting and decision support
* Provide Management to Business Analyst team responsible for designing the Data Warehouse and Data Mart deliverables.
* Provided customized application software development services, database design and integration services, systems integration, consulting services and strategic assessments to customers, business partners, and external service providers.
* Evaluated emerging business and technology trends in order to provide value to clients and to drive successful information technology deployment within organizations.
