RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Plexent Executive IT Service Management Consultant, you will enjoy the personal, professional and financial satisfaction that comes with taking an industry-best company to the next level. You will be responsible for leading the consulting process
including assessment, design, implementation and sustained operation of ITSM transformations of Fortune 500 organizations.

Certifications are important, but know that these openings are for true trusted advisor level consultants with track records of coupling their certs and expertise with the capability to build phenomenal and sustainable relationships with customers.

In addition to participating in exciting, leading-edge transformation consulting opportunities only available to a market leader like Plexent, you will also continue to expand your own skill set

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates will have significant implementation experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL® with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate knowledge of business to IT mapping.

Specific experience with two or more of the following is a must:
