The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Vice President / Director of Sales with Building Materials background for a Large Manufacturing Facility located in IN and TN.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for leading the Building Materials sales team. This includes managing existing customer relationships for volume growth and overall profitability as well as for developing new customers.
Plan, coordinate and execute Building Materials Sales Programs.
Lead sales team and facilitate the professional development of the team.
Optimize profit by product, by product group and by customer.
Understand product costs and margins and provide leadership in pricing strategies and implementation of price changes.
Provide input to R&D and Marketing regarding new products.
Enhance reputation and value with customers and brokers by providing leadership in category development strategies and programs.
Increase awareness of company as a quality supplier in our key business categories to support a future pipeline of new business.
Work with the Building Materials team to identify and develop additional business opportunities for new products/new categories/new customers.

Accountable for Building Materials sales growth, budgeted monthly case movement, promotion planning, promotional fund and accrual management and filing distribution gaps.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified Candidates for the Sales Vice President MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience in Building Materials Sales within a Vice President and/or Director level role. Candidates MUST HAVE a background in Building Materials Sales, at this time, no other background(s) will be considered. Candidates with a 4-Year BS/BA Degree are also highly desired.
