Location: This position can be located at any of HMC's five offices: Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN, or St. Louis, MO.

This Process Expert Sr. will support multiple operations departments by participating in project and process work. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
* Researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities.
* Develops, tests, and presents process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational improvements.
* Develops and leads project plans and communicates project status.
* Provides process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work.
* Provides guidance to process experts.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:
* Requires Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years related experience (business analysis, process improvement, project management), or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Previous experience in call center or health care operations is preferred.* Certification in process improvement, process design or project management may be required.* Demonstrated ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements is required.* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.* Excellent analytical, strong PC skills and good problem solving skills are required.* Excellent project/decision facilitation skills are required.* Understanding of complex operations business processes is preferred.* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project is required.* Project and team leadership experience is strongly preferred.* Qualified candidate must be a strong independent contributor showing initiative and drive to perform.* Minimal travel may be required.
