TITLE:
Director, Digital Sales & Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key report to the VP Global Marketing, the Director, Digital Sales & Marketing, will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership in planning and implementing worldwide digital sales and marketing activities to enhance the growth and profitability of the organization. Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to create and deploy highly effective online marketing programs, including ecommerce, email campaigns, blogs, co-marketing opportunities, online advertising, SEM and more. This position is both creative and analytical in nature. To be successful, you must have very strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for innovative software and customer success. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing awareness and acquisition strategies to directly impact the critical business metrics. Responsibilities include:

* Lead the creation and development of digital sales and marketing programs. Translate Brand strategy and consumer/ customer insights into breakthrough relevant on-line marketing and merchandising.

* Hands-on lead in establishing and driving the execution of key business building initiatives, including increasing sales of branded products through key customer B-2-B websites. Deliver best-in-class content including product assortment and merchandising.

* Lead all aspects of corporate and branded websites.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Bachelor's or higher level degree.
* Minimum (8) years experience in consumer goods sales/marketing with direct relatable experience building sales through the internet. Should have success working with both B-2-B and B-2-C.
* High energy, results driven self-starter with ability to work independently. Strong analytical, creative and decision-making skills. Track record of increasing responsibility with significant success in sales and customer development.

* P & L experience necessary. Analytical and curious.

* Excellent organization, communication and project management skills. Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint user.

* An individual with obvious personal integrity who will inspire trust within the organization.
