Description:
Regional CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager / Director for its Real Estate practice.
Responsibilities
· Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting
· Provide clients with tax guidance regarding planning and compliance.
· Implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives
· Build client relationships
· Develop and guide staff and other junior tax
· Contribute to overall team success
Qualifications
· CPA
· Significant experience working with all types of real estate clients – Commercial, Residential, Investment, REITSs.
· 10+ years experience
· Recent CPA firm experience
· Successful record of building profitable, sustainable, client relationships.
· Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and engagement teams.
· An advanced degree in taxation is preferred.
