POSITION DETAILS
The Senior Manager of Customer Research & Marketing will manage syndicated research, primary research initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative research and customer satisfaction; analyze results and communicate key learning’s. The Senior Manager will leverage data to provide strategic insights to key department leaders throughout the organization. The chosen candidate in this role will work in conjunction with vendor partners, operations, merchandising and advertising to plan, develop and implement research projects that help define business opportunities and issues. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent researching abilities and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration required; MBA highly preferred.
5 years experience in marketing, with particular focus on retail promotions, brand management, marketing research and data analysis.
Strong presentations skills are essential in this role.
Strong MS Office skills are required.
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills are required.
Responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style for effectiveness with vendors and colleagues is essential in this role.
Ability to meet objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision is key in this role.
COMPENSATION
75K – 90K plus bonus
