Maintains effective working relationships with multiple or specific client groups to ensure understanding and support of short and long-term employment needs. Collaborates with internal clients to design specific recruitment and selection processes, and effectively administer selection and placement processes to meet those needs
Counsels managers and employees on compensation issues and options. Researches and recommends salaries based on policies and structures set forth by compensation. In conjunction with compensation, participates in analysis, makes recommendations based on compensation surveys, prepares and evaluates jobs using established evaluation systems. Management interface with regards to exceptions and irregularities in PO compensation issues.
Responds to employees and managers with questions regarding human resource policies and procedures and status of HR transactions within the area of responsibility.
