Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse who is immediately available, the Surgical Technologist participates as a member of the perioperative nursing team. Performs direct and indirect perioperative nursing task for pediatric to the geriatric patients having surgical procedures. The primary focus of this position is the scrub person, and assistant circulator. The Surgical Technologist performs all task in a manner that is cost effective without compromising the quality of care. Call coverage is assigned on a rotating basis. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologist
Experience: minimum five years experience required. CV experience preferred.
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist required; additional five years of experience may be accepted in lieu of certification. BLS Required, and S.T. certification.
