American Hospital Service Group (AHSG) is a leading Professional Staffing organization that provides professional healthcare staffing to US Department of Defense facilities across the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. ***Civilian Position at Fort Polk Base*** Full-Time Civilian Contract Position-October 1, 2009- September 30, 2010, with the option to renew for 1 year terms up to 4 times. Schedule- Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 We are currently recruiting for a Dentist to work at Fort Polk. The contractor will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental functions. Duties include, but not limited to: establishing & maintaining dental health standards, as well as, examining, diagnosing, and treating diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and dysfunctional disorders of the oral cavity and its associated structures.

Experience: The candidate will be a graduate from an ADA accredited college or university and posses an active, valid, and unrestricted license, as well as a valid DEA license to write prescriptions. Candidate needs a minimum of 1 year of working experience and performing clinical dental services within the last 2 years. BLS is required at start of position.

Candidates may hold licensure in ANY of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
