They are looking for a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 Week Contract. Ideal Start Date is ASAP. Provides physical therapy services neccessarty to meet the patient, based on the clinical diagnosis, physician prescription, and the physical therap evaluation. works among a joint desciplinary team of physicians, nursing service, and all ancillary departments with the hospital to restore function, prevend disability as a result of disease or injury, and assist the patien in reachng his/her maximum perfomance potiential. Providing education, establishes treatment plans consisting of long and short term goals, and progresses patient towards goals. Qualifications: Must hold an Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. Pay Rate Starts at $40 per hour.
