POSITION SUMMARY: Provision of care to residents as appropriate.

Experience: 1. Education: Certified Nurses Assistant (C.N.A) certification.
2. Experience: Six months experience working in a caregiver position is preferred.
3. Personal Qualities: Must pass DCI, child abuse check and complete child abuse affidavit. Use tact and courtesy in dealing with residents, co-workers, and residents families. Have a high standard for own performance; be willing to admit mistakes, correct them and learn from the situations. Have the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and ChildServe Business.
