Director of Surgical Service needed for an acute care hospital in eastern Tennessee. Hospital is located in a great living area in the Cumberland Mountains and has stable staff. Position will be responsible for all functions of surgical services: 4 OR Suites; Ortho, ENT, General Surgery, Podiatry; 1500-1800/year (small volumes as they rebuild 30-35 week).

Compensation: $70-95k/year doe

Experience: RN with Bachelor's and previous OR management experience required.
