Compensation: DOE

Experience: Must be licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Oklahoma.
Must have 1 year's experience as an LVN.
Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license, and be capable of driving in all weather conditions.
Must be able to provide evidence of automobile liability insurance issued in Oklahoma.
One year of home health experience is strongly preferred.
