Ensure smooth clinical operations and direction through effective management of patient schedule and facility personnel. Evaluates nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service. Implements all facility policies and procedures and assures adherence of staff members to all such policies. Accepts new patients and revises all patient schedules as needed. Monitors the facility's physical environment. Maintains facility in state of readiness for inspection for Medicare. Directs preparation and maintenance of patients' clinical records. Schedules staff meetings and participates in provision of in-service information for staff. Completes payroll accurately and according to time constraints. Participates in orientation and training of personnel. Observes nursing care and visits patients to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment administered in accordance with Physician's instructions. Coordinates interaction among corporate departments by maintaining working relationships with personnel in all areas of the Company. Performs all duties and tasks of a charge nurse or staff nurse as needed.

Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum 12 months of clinical dialysis experience required.
Current TX RN License
CPR Certification
