This position provides health care management and oversight to children that reside in our ICF/MR and SCL-R residential settings. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, will work within the framework of physicians orders, family instructions, individualized care plan, professional and regulatory guidelines, and ChildServe policies and procedures. Exercises professional judgment regarding medical conditions, health, and safety of the children. The position allows opportunity for participation in staff training both informally with staff one-on-one and formally in a classroom cirriculum. Approved driver status/transportation is required for travel between different residential sites.

Experience: RN license, BSN preferred. Experience with ICF/MR, residential, or assistive living. Pediatrics experience preferred.
