Job Description:
Dispense and clinically monitor Parenteral Nutrition, IV Antibiotics and other home infusion therapies, consult with physicians, clinical staff and patients on specific drug therapies and supervise pharmacy tech staff.

Experience: Job Requirements:

- A valid Pharmacist license in the state of Kansas
- BS in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred)
- 3-5 years of clinical practice experience preferably with emphasis on nutritional support and home infusion therapies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility for on-call duties during off-hours every 3rd or 4th week
- Experience in patient care and medication counseling, preparation of sterile parenteral products, drug therapy monitoring, clinical laboratory evaluation, drug and medical supply procurement, inventory control, risk management, and quality assurance
